Great West Life's purchase of Canada Life is still pending regulatory
approval. However, there is no reason to suspect that the acquisition will not go through.
It is business as usual at Canada Life. Some changes to their term portfolio have recently
been announced. Please contact the office for details.

calculate the premium using age nearest. Living Benefits calculations remain using age
last. The criteria for preferred underwriting has changed somewhat, please call
